Use limitations

SOV Lens provides automated spreadsheet review prompts. It does not verify coverage adequacy, provide replacement cost valuations, certify accuracy, give insurance advice, or replace an authorized underwriting or brokerage professional's judgment.

Permitted information

Use only data you are entitled and authorized to process, on an approved device and in compliance with your organization's policies. The presence of a browser-only design does not supersede confidentiality or client agreements.

Technical limits

CSV and standard XLSX are supported within published size and row limits. Password-protected workbooks, macros, external workbook links, and full Excel calculation are not supported. Formula results rely on cached workbook values, which can be missing or stale. Review exported reports against original documents.

Availability and results

This is a free v1.2.1 release made available for evaluation and routine, human-reviewed QA where authorized. No uptime, support, compliance, performance, fitness, or results guarantees are offered. The app may contain bugs and should not be used as the sole control for financial or insurance decisions.

Before paid launch

These statements are release notes rather than a professionally drafted commercial contract. The operator must establish proper business identity, customer terms, privacy contacts, and any necessary legal/security review before offering paid subscriptions.
